The Challenge

As part of this specialist assignment, we were required to build a universally customised candidate journey around the brand for UC Solon Careers. The hiring team at UC Solon required support in placing an expert leadership position in a tricky market, with a particular attention to continuing our inclusive hiring practice in line with our company policy, and the processes required by United Communities Solon.

The Solution

Our team pulled the brand details from the UC Solon web presence and developed a bespoke microsite to complement the UC Solon brand. This microsite was used as the key attraction channel for all candidates, providing useful information across the organisational history, the management expectations and the application journey. We drew upon company processes that ensure an inclusive hiring journey for all applicants, ensuring a candidate experience that was free from bias throughout.
